Track your order

Every order placed with us can be tracked online from your account. Simply login with the email address you registered and your account password, then select View your orders. The status of each of your orders is clearly displayed there.

We will also email you automatically as soon as your order's status changes, so you don't need to keep logging in to track your order if you do not wish to.

Delivery information

We now have a fixed "next day" delivery charge of Ł6.95 ex vat for as many items as you want regardless of weight. FOR ALL ORDERS OVER Ł150 DELIVERY IS FREE. All orders are shipped via TNT insured couriers. The courier will deliver between 9am and 5pm Mon- Fri. You will be required to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your goods. We can only deliver to the card holders address. We currently only ship to the UK.

All products listed in green as 'x available' will be delivered next working day if ordered before 5.00pm. All products listed as '0 available (due dd/mm/yy)' will be delivered next working day after the item has come back into stock.

IF YOUR LOCAL? You are more than welcome to collect from us if you live local. Please be aware items listed on this website as "instock" do not represent the stock held at our shop premises in Colchester. Please call us on 01206 564124 to see if we are currently holding stock of the item you require at our Colchester shop. If we are not holding stock you can either order via this website or ring us or pop into the shop upto 5pm and we will add your item to our daily shop shipments so you can collect it from us the following day. Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you may need to return your order and to ensure we are able to deal efficiently with your return, it is important that you follow our returns procedure.

STEP 1: Obtaining an RMA Number

YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - IT WILL RESULT IN A SEVERE DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN AND WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO TRACK YOUR GOODS.

Please insure you have your invoice or order number at hand or included in your email.

Your RMA Request will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

STEP 2: Returning Your Product

You Must:

Ensure you have included everything the product came with (manuals, drivers, disks and cables).
If returned items are incomplete we will not be able to process them and will be rejected.
Package the product securely using the original packaging we sent to you or your own alternative.

Return your product by Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature when our Returns Department receive it and confirms delivery.
Ensure you have a receipt for the carriage cost
Please note we have a limit on what we will pay for return carriage, this differs from item to item. Any carriage fees over this amount, will be the customers responsibility. Please contact our customer service dept prior to shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PRODUCT TESTS AS "NOT FAULTY" A RETURN CARRIAGE COST OF Ł6.95 (up to 15Kg) WILL APPLY BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED. Subject to this each INDIVIDUAL item found to be “NOT FAULTY” will incur a testing fee in relation to its value.
