Track your order
Every order placed with us can be tracked online from your account. Simply login with the email address you registered and your account password, then select View your orders. The status of each of your orders is clearly displayed there.We will also email you automatically as soon as your order's status changes, so you don't need to keep logging in to track your order if you do not wish to.

Delivery information
Our delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order. All orders are shipped via insured couriers. The couriers can only deliver between 9am and 5pm Mon- Fri. You will be required to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your goods. We can only deliver to the card holders address. We currently only ship to the UK,Our delivery charges are displayed below.All products listed in green as 'x available' will be delivered within 1-3 days. All products listed as '0 available (due dd/mm/yy)' will be delivered within 1-3 days after the item has come into stock. Please be aware items listed on this website as "instock" do not represent the stock held at our shop premises. Thankyou.

Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you may need to return your order and to ensure we are able to deal efficiently with your return, it is important that you follow our returns procedure.STEP 1: Obtaining an RMA Number
YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - IT WILL RESULT IN A SEVERE DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN AND WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO TRACK YOUR GOODS.
- Call customer services on 01206 564124 and request an RMA number
- Or email returns@nexus-t.co.uk and request an RMA number
- Please insure you have your invoice or order number at hand or included in your email.
STEP 2: Returning Your Product
You Must:
- Ensure you have included everything the product came with (manuals, drivers, disks and cables).
- If returned items are incomplete we will not be able to process them and will be rejected.
- Package the product securely using the original packaging we sent to you or your own alternative.

- Return your product by Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature when our Returns Department receive it and confirms delivery.
- Ensure you have a receipt for the carriage cost
- Please note we have a limit on what we will pay for return carriage, this differs from item to item. Any carriage fees over this amount, will be the customers responsibility. Please contact our customer service dept prior to shipping.
- PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PRODUCT TESTS AS "NOT FAULTY" A RETURN CARRIAGE COST OF £6.95 (up to 15Kg) WILL APPLY BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED.
Subject to this each INDIVIDUAL item found to be “NOT FAULTY” will incur a testing fee in relation to its value.
