Track your orderEvery order placed with us can be tracked online from your account. Simply login with the email address you registered and your account password, then select View your orders. The status of each of your orders is clearly displayed there.
We will also email you automatically as soon as your order's status changes, so you don't need to keep logging in to track your order if you do not wish to.

Delivery informationWe now have a fixed "next day" delivery charge of £6.95 ex vat for as many items as you want regardless of weight. FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £150 DELIVERY IS FREE. All orders are shipped via TNT insured couriers. The courier will deliver between 9am and 5pm Mon- Fri. You will be required to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your goods. We can only deliver to the card holders address. We currently only ship to the UK.
All products listed in green as 'x available' will be delivered next working day if ordered before 5.00pm. All products listed as '0 available (due dd/mm/yy)' will be delivered next working day after the item has come back into stock.
IF YOUR LOCAL? You are more than welcome to collect from us if you live local. Please be aware items listed on this website as "instock" do not represent the stock held at our shop premises in Colchester. Please call us on 01206 564124 to see if we are currently holding stock of the item you require at our Colchester shop. If we are not holding stock you can either order via this website or ring us or pop into the shop upto 5pm and we will add your item to our daily shop shipments so you can collect it from us the following day. Returns policyIn the unlikely event that you may need to return your order and to ensure we are able to deal efficiently with your return, it is important that you follow our returns procedure.
STEP 1: Obtaining an RMA NumberYOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - IT WILL RESULT IN A SEVERE DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN AND WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO TRACK YOUR GOODS.
